Bogue Sound has received a portable cart of 24 laptops computers for student use. This cart will be used in the 3rd-5th grade classrooms on a flexible basis. A laptop will be assigned to your child for educational use at Bogue Sound Elementary in his/her classroom.
Your child must handle the laptop carefully, following the stated rules:
* Students must wash hands before using the laptop
* Students must be very cautious when handling the laptop, inappropriate behavior may result in damage to the equipment and loss of privileges
* All students using the Internet must have a signed Internet Acceptable Use Policy on file
* NO food or beverages should be consumed around the laptop
* Downloading of any music/personal files is prohibited
